Delivery and Refund Policy

Upon purchasing your custom log home plans you will be sent an email that will provide you with a log-in name and password so that you may return to the website with in two business days to download your custom plans. Your plans may only be downloaded once. NOTE: Make sure that you add sales@customloghomeplans.com to your email safe list so that these important incoming emails do not get blocked from your email account.

If you ordered these plans in the hard copy format they will be sent to you by UPS ground delivery for an additional $300. You will receive 5 sets of plans on full size 2'x3' paper ready to use by contractors.

Due to the proprietary nature of these plans, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
